The Incas had a great urban planning, they built great cities with an impressive engineering and beautiful architecture to reach these different cities within their four regions (from Colombia to Chile and from the Amazon to the Pacific Ocean) they built a wide network of Inca trails more than (40 000kms) many of which are still used by local people in the Andes today, in these two wonderful days enjoy nature, visit the different archaeological remains left by our ancestors, walk on part of the Original Inca trail that will lead you to INTIPUNKU (Puerta del Sol) from where you can have the opportunity to see the spectacular sacred city of the Inca MACHUPICCHU, explore this wonderful place and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

DAY 02: AGUAS CALIENTES- MACHUPICCHU –AGUAS CALIENTES – CUSCO.

DAY 01: CUSCO-CHACHABAMBA –WIÑAYWAYNA –MACHUPICCHU.
MEALS: 01 breakfast, 01 lunch and dinner.

This first day the pick-up will be early in your hotel to go to the train station in the town of Ollantaytambo, about 1½ hours away from the city of Cusco. Here we will board our train that goes into an area of beautiful dense vegetation, on the way we will have the opportunity to appreciate the 82 km where many intrepid tourists start the Inca trail for 04 days and 03 nights traveling a distance of 42kms. Our train after approximately one hour and 15 minutes will stop at km 104 starting point of our hike. We will walk to the checkpoint where we will have a prudent time to get ready and then register all group and start our hiking tour.After a few minutes we will arrive at the first archaeological site that we will visit CHACHABAMBA where we can find some water sources, as well as Inca walls of beautiful architecture that may have been used as a control point for people who used this Inca trail. Then we will begin the ascent of approximately 3 hours along a some narrow road along the way we will do some stops to rest and enjoy the panoramic view that this road offers until we reach WIÑAYWAYNA which translated into the Quechua language means (forever young) This archeological site is a beautiful place where we will find many platforms for agriculture as well as constructions that were used as granaries, also infinity of water fountains that make us imagine that here water was worshiped.After exploring this beautiful archeological site we will have a prudent time to taste our lunch (box lunch). Then we will walk for 02 hours until we reach INTIPUNKU (sungate) where we can enjoy the beautiful view of MACHUPICCHU, then we go down to the control point and embark on a shuttle tourist bus to descent to aguas calientes town, check in at the hotel, go out for dinner .DAY 02: AGUAS CALIENTES- MACHUPICCHU –AGUAS CALIENTES – CUSCO.MEALS: 01Breakfast.This day we will get up very early to go to board the bus that will take us to Machupicchu in an approximate time of 30 minutes upon arrival we will go to the checkpoint to start our excursion for 02 hours with our tour guide, during this time we will have the opportunity to explore the different sacred places that exist within the magical Inca city of Machupicchu, Then we will return to board the bus down to the town of aguas calientes where we will have time to enjoy lunch (not included) finally we will go to the train station where we will board our train service and return first to Ollantaytambo train station where we will board our minibus to back to Cusco city until our hotel .
